Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
- Account details (name, email, hashed password)
- Workspace metadata (name, industry, brand voice)
- OAuth tokens for ad platforms you connect — stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM)
- Ad performance data fetched from connected platforms on your behalf
- AI conversation history within your workspace
- Billing identifiers from Razorpay (we never see your card numbers)
- Request metadata for security: IP address, user-agent, timestamps
2. How we use it
Strictly to operate the AdPush product on your behalf — generating insights, running AI analysis, billing, security monitoring, and customer support. We do notsell or rent customer data.
3. Third-party processors
- Anthropic — to run Claude AI prompts on your behalf
- Razorpay — to process subscription payments
- Vercel / your selected hosting provider — to serve the app
- Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok APIs — only with the OAuth scopes you explicitly grant
4. Your rights (GDPR)
You can export all data we hold about your workspace at any time via Settings → Danger zone. You can delete your workspace from the same place — this triggers cascade deletion of all related records.
5. Retention
Active workspaces: data retained while your account is active. Deleted workspaces: records purged within 30 days, audit logs kept for 12 months for compliance.
6. Data deletion request
Per Meta's Platform Terms, you can request deletion of all data we hold about you by emailing privacy@seoulix.com or using the in-app delete flow.
