1. Service
AdPush (operated by Seoulix Technologies) provides an AI-powered advertising operations platform. Service is provided "as-is" with no warranty of ad performance.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for actions taken in your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering or attempts to extract our model prompts.
- No use for ads violating Meta / Google / LinkedIn / TikTok policies.
- No automated scraping of competitor PII.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are processed via Razorpay. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
5. Limitation of liability
AdPush is not liable for ad spend losses, account suspensions by ad platforms, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms with reasonable notice.
